Jay and Sabrina are the proud parents of Mia, Emily, Oliver, and Jacob. We moved into Sunset Hills in October of 2003 and enjoy our neighborhood and our street Chadbourne. There are alot of kids on our block so there's never a dull moment.

My name is Jay and I'm 31. I served 4 years in the US Air Force, then graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001 as well as earned my private pilot license. I'm employed with the DFW International Airport with Airfield Operations. My two passions are my family and aviation. I like to barbeque with a cold beer and look forward to meeting more of the guys around the neigborhood.

My name is Sabrina and I'm 28. I also served in the US Air Force and met Jay in Germany where we were both stationed. I love to cook and I'm an independant consultant for Pampered Chef. I look forward to meeting more of the lady's in our neighborhood. I like helping out our neighbors in time of need and would love to lend a hand with watching kids or dog/cat sitting.

My name is Mia and I'm 8. I love gymnastics and practice at The Little Gym. I also like bike riding, watching movies, and playing with my pets at home.

My name is Emily and I'm 6. I love to play outside and get along with everybody. I play soccer with the YMCA. My team name is the Pink Panthers and I'm number 7.

My name is Oliver and I'm 4. I like power rangers and watching JetX on TV. I also play soccer with the YMCA. My team name is the Stormtrooper Cats and I'm number 14.

My name is Jacob and I'm 2. My family calls me the little twister. I like to play outside and make a mess.
