Tina and Dave Pirazzi moved to Los Altos Avenue in 1992. We believe that Alamitos Heights is one of the best neighborhoods in Long Beach and consider ourselves very fortunate be here. We enjoy frequent walks with our dog Carli and have found it a great way to meet many of our neighbors.

Tina works in International Sales and Dave is a Sofware Engingeer. Dave is involved with the Alamitos Heights Improvement Association, while Tina has been very active with the new Friends of the Colorado Lagoon organization.

Pardon our Dust

The house we purchased was in need of some TLC. We have been remodeling our home ever since we purchased (just ask our very patient neighbors...). What started out as a few repairs and paint has turned into a decade long project. Recently we have been working on the landscaping and you will frequently find us outside up to our elbows in soil and plants.

Say Hello to Carli

Carli is our ''Watchdog''. She came from the Long Beach Pound when she was 6 months old. We brought her home, cleaned her up, and now she is spoiled rotten. She loves children and other dogs, and likes to greet the neighbors that pass our way. She is very friendly and always appreciates any attention she can get.
