Atlantic East Condominiums are located in South Saint Augustine on Crescent Beach and were built in 1986. Our three buildings contain a total of 69 homes.

Amenities include a clubhouse, exercise room and sauna, tennis court, swimming pool, library, gated entry, covered parking and two dog walks. Rentals are allowed with a minimum of six months contracts.
