I purchased my home in Oakhurst in early 2013. After living here a short time, I saw the enormous need for leadership to fix the issues that our neighborhood needs to make sure our neighborhood becomes a more desirable place to raise your family, or retire with piece of mind.  

I was unanimously voted to the Board of Directors at the annual meeting in 2014, and was elected by the board to be the Treasurer, based on my career in accounting. 

In January, 2015 the position of President became available, and I was nominated and accepted the position of interim President until the next annual meeting. In that meeting I won the election on my own merits for a two year term ending December 31, 2017.

Since I have been overseeing the neighborhood, property values have risen over 15%!

Our goal this year in 2016 is to suppress the speeding problem we have that is rampant through the subdivision.  in addition we would like to landscape the entrances and add several trees throughout the subdivision.
