We are a small community with only 53 apartments. We have a one bedroom 625 sq feet, a two bedroom with one bath 875 sq feet and a two bedroom two bath 1025 sq feet.

I am Sherry Fritz, I have been the on site Manager since September 2009. I work for Northpoint Asset Management Company and of course, the property owner.

This owner really cares about this property. He has just spent $50,000 renovating the property with roof repairs, exterior painting, new landscaping, resurfaced parking lot, new pool fence, and putting polished concrete floors and upgrades in the units!

We are truly working hard to be excellent neighbors and to move in only qualified excellent tenants to be good neighbors.  You can absolutely count on me to evict tenants who are a disturbance to this complex and definitely to the neighborhood.

I live here on the complex and I make sure our tenants are behaving themselves.  If they are not, I absolutely want to hear about it!
