My husband Steve and I  moved into the community Sept 2013. I retired from the corporate world in 2011, Education/Business Management.  In 2011, Steve and I decided to get into Real Estate. We primarily focus on buying used mobile homes, renovate them, and then help comminity parks fill their lots with our homes and then rent to families and/or place our homes on land in the country and finance land home package deals.  Search us out on You Tube, looking up my name and tagging rentals, mobile homes, Lexington SC etc.

Steve served in the Navy and has worked in the computer field as an engineer in programing after he graduated from USC in 1998.  Steve still contracts with major companies needing his skill set, but he also works very hard in building the real estate business.  I mainly run the real estate business while he contracts.  Our end goal is to both retire in the near future and travel.
