My name is Laura Baccarella and my husband Jeff Suarez and I just bought back my grandmother Carmella Baccarella's property at 3506 Ridge Avenue.  She lived in this home for 40+ years and I grew up eating pasta on Sunday and playing in this neighborhood. 

We are so excited to be building our forever home in Riverside Heights with Gulf Bay Builders. I would like you all to know that  being mindful of maintaining the feel of the neighborhood is a priority to us and our builder.
