The person that does the trimming at 4392 87th Lane is very aggressive, chopping the grass right to the roots. We have asked on previous visits to refrain from trimming our area, because it is being done too short... fell on deaf ears (and this guy has to be blind too ??˜cause he can??™t see what??™s happening). Heard a thud this morning as the lawn mowing person went up our side yard.  After investigating, found a broken window (living room on south side).  Called John Markoe and he's arranging to have it fixed.

Update to this issue.  We were advised that since this occurred under the old contract/agreement with Morkoe, that we should go through Mike Smith for repairs.  Mike seems to have everything in place to get a correct window replacement done (he's done it several times), whereas John didn't seem to know how to proceed.  Mike says our window replacement is "in progress," but still not done.
