2010 Annual Meeting ballot results

At the meeting, we voted on whether to increase the annual dues from $50 to $100. 

The bylaws require that 2/3 of the dues paying members approve any increase in dues.

Accordingly, 35 members must vote for the increase for it to pass.  Here are the results of the vote:

Votes Cast (in person or by proxy):  34
Votes "For" Dues Increase:  26
Votes Against Dues Increase: 8

As a result, the dues will not increase but will remain at $50.  

As indicated at the meeting, the HOA needs to

pay the electric bill for the sign and for mowing the property along Six Forks.
