Every now and then I read comments that I find rather insulting to renters. Are renters any less worthy than homeowners? Are the opinions of the homeowners any more inportant than those of the renters? Obviously I am a renter, but I am neither the criminal type nor bad for the neighborhood in any way, shape, or form. I take VERY good care of my home, and the property surrounding it. I am a healthcare professional and I care for a spouse in poor health. Nothing there makes me undesirable in my opinion. There are MANY renters like me. They work hard, take care of their family, and are no different than the homeowners. Yes, there are those who are ''undesirable'' types, but they are renters and homeowners alike. Their status has nothing to do with it.
People who rent do so for a reason. Some simply do not want to own for various reasons. Regardless, the renters here in Arrowhead (all phases) are just as important and just as responsible as the homeowners. We also have the same rights as everyone else. Just my 2-cents worth...
