Next year, the dues payment date is earlier in the year - 01 March 2007. Please plan to pay your dues in full by this time. Per the "By-Laws", late fees begin to accumulate (at 5% / month) starting in April 2007. As WHA is "ready cash poor" at this moment, all prompt, full payments of dues will be much appreciated.
