Our next WHA Annual Meeting is a very important business meeting, and attendance by all WHA Members is strongly encouraged. Please view this as an "Attendance Required" meeting. Contract renewal for our management company: Association Management Group (AMG)", will be voted upon. Please also be informed the Board is proposing a dues increase to $150 for 2007. You need to attend this meeting! Gathering time is 6:30 PM; meeting business will begin promptly at 7 PM.

As you arrive at the meeting, be sure to pick up a "secret ballot" form. After AMG speaks, a vote will be taken. The Board recommends a "Yes" vote to continue AMG as our 2007 management company (with dissenting minority opinion). Please come prepared to note at the bottom of the ballot form:

* questions * concerns * what you want/need * items for the Board/AMG to do

If you cannot attend the meeting, please ask for a ballot to be sent to you. A number of "door prizes" will be given per a "lucky drawing" to those who attend the meeting (only one prize per voting unit).

To get to the "Ray W. Hopkins" Mauldin Senior Center from Woodington (about 2 miles):

- turn left onto Tanner Road; go 0.2 miles
- turn right onto Bethel; go 0.1 miles
- turn right onto Bridges; go 1.6 miles ( past Holland, past I385 )
- turn left into "Mauldin City Park" parking lot just after crossing E. Butler
( this is across from the Mauldin High School sign )

The "Ray W. Hopkins" Mauldin Senior Center is the building on the right. Go in the door;
the meeting room is on the left.
