Our next Annual Meeting will be Monday evening January 8, 2007 at the Mauldin Senior Center. - 6:30 pm gathering time, with meeting business starting promptly at 7 pm. There will be many important items to decide at our next Annual Meeting, so please plan to attend - it is a meeting for all Association Members that should be viewed as "ATTENDANCE REQUIRED" ! For maintenance needed in the neighborhood, a dues increase is a certainty. Renewal of our management company: "Association Management Group (AMG)", will also be voted upon. The Board is considering various "incentives" to encourage all to come to the meeting - so please plan to come and be a "winner".
