Many thanks to all those who voted on an approval question for our new "Architectural Guidelines". May all be pleased to know the vote result was "YES" for approval.
The Board recognizes there is never unanimous support for issues such as this and would appreciate constructive feedback from all homeowners. What the Board needs to know is what you like, and what you do not like, in the current document. Where many have the same theme(s) or thought(s), this will give direction to the Board for amendments that may be considered, perhaps, sometime in the future. Work on this document was not trivial, but the Board recognizes not all Members may be completely happy. Please take advantage of this opportunity to inform the Board of your thoughts and desires relative to our "Architectural Guidelines".

Call for Board Members
Please also accept this "Call for Nominating Committee" and/or nominations for officers for next year's Board. Every year, five Board members are elected at our Annual Meeting. This year, only one Board officer has served two consecutive terms, so four officers may elect to accept nomination for a second term. Please come forward to serve on a Nominating Committee, or to serve as an officer on your Board for next year!
