ANTICIPATED DUES INCREASE

As most homeowners know our dues have not been raised since 1997. This has been a nice break for homeowners, but we now need to look to future projects. As you know any project we undertake will require more money than we currently have. We encourage you to attend the annual meeting early next year to get your copy of the treasurer?’s report. Here is a brief outline of what some of your dues money is used for. Keep in mind that if a water pipe breaks or a light fixture is broken our costs rise.

Landscaping $160.00 monthly

Flowers and mulch additional

Laurens Electric ~ $115.07 monthly

Greenville Water $64.59 quarterly

Tax Prep $110.00 yearly

Business License fee $25.00 yearly

Insurance $841.00 yearly

Misc. (copies/mailings/events)
