NEW ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES

The Architectural Committee has been creating guidelines along with the input of all board members. Please check your mail shortly for your copy of the guidelines and your ballot to vote on the proposed guidelines. We all hope that these guidelines will help all homeowners clarify their responsibilities and help our community maintain property values. The Board is continuing to work on proposed "By-Laws" amendments. An amendment for "parking" was added to the proposed list.
