MAINTENANCE MATTERS

All members are encouraged to maintain their property in a manner consistent with a
"good neighbor" look, such that everyone may always be pleased with the look of our Woodington neighborhood. If you've noticed any problems, please bring them to the Board's attention.


The County responded to "tree trim" around a speed limit sign - please observe our neighborhood's 25 mph speed limit. All residents, please tell the Board about anything needing maintenance that is "public" - meaning County owned - there may be more maintenance that needs attention!
