Combined Community Watch Pro. and Homeowners Association Meeting

A combined Williamsburg Community Watch Program and Homeowners Association Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 9 at 7:00 PM at the South County Regional Library on the corner of Rea Road and Pinville-Matthews Road. Reps from Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department will be in attendance to update the community on crime and safety issues. Please join us.

Membership Drive to Begin

The mission of the Association is to promote home values by advocating against conflicting interests of our members and to encourage harmonious spirit of community here in Williamsburg. We maintain the common areas at the entranceway on Provincetowne Drive and Williams Pond Lane; have worked with the city regarding a Storm Water Drainage project, installation of curbs and gutters, speed humps; represent homeowners views when developers want to rezone areas adjoining our subdivision; implemented a Community Watch Program; and publish a neighborhood directory. Williamsburg Homeowner Association dues are only $75 per year. Checks made payable to the Williamsburg Homeowners Association can be dropped off at the home of John Armstrong at 11613 Old Surry Lane.
