Our Pond
The pond has been too low with the recent drought conditions to be optimal for receiving our carp. This was a last minute recommendation from the supplier and our pond maintenance company.


Olympic High School
If you see Olympic High School students in the neighborhood during school hours, please call 911. The police will follow up and talk to them. The resource officer at Olympic is not allowed to leave the campus to chase truant students.


Annual Meeting
Thank you to all who came to our annual Homeowners Association meeting in December. There was a review of the yearly budget and questions were addressed. If there are any concerns regarding your annual dues please contact CAM directly.



Website Update
Yes, it?’s here Williams Glenn has a website in connection with Neighborhood Link. They are a service that provides a standard free website that we can personalize. There is a discussion board, contact information, links to other websites that we may need to access. Go online and check it out now We also will have a Williams Glenn email address. This is directly linked to our President?’s phone so your emails are sure to be seen.

Safety Issues
Please be aware that there have been some incidents in our neighborhood that are of concern for everyone?’s safety. Some cars have been vandalized and there seems to be some hunting going on in the woods behind the pond. Please keep your eyes and ears open and report any suspicious activity, people or sounds to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department by calling 911 immediately.

C.A.M.?’s Corner
Dear Williams Glenn Homeowners,

CAM has taken steps to improve our capabilities to serve your community better. We are testing a new web based software program. It will provide greater flexibility for you the homeowner in paying your dues and for CAM to track correspondence to you. We hope to have it in place by April 1, 2008.

We would also like to commend all the concerned residents who have taken the time to contact us about possible violations of the CCRs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions). Together we can work to make William?’s Glenn one of the best places to live in Charlotte.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to please not park on the grass, specifically that portion of grass between the street and sidewalk. Your CCRs state:

?“Article VIII, Section 5: ?“No boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, camper, camper truck or commercial vehicle shall be parked, stored or let (a) on any part of the Common Area, (b) in any driveway or (c) on any other part of a lot unless the same are fully enclosed within the garage located on the lot.?”

Please take the necessary steps to abide by this restriction.
