The Carp are Coming!

The pond will be receiving sterile carp by November/December. The carp are very helpful in keeping the alge at bay in the spring and summer months. The pond will now have to be considered a ?“Catch and Release?” pond. There will be a sign posted by the pond for a reminder.
Olympic High School

If you see Olympic High School students in the neighborhood during school hours, please call 911. The police will follow up and talk to them. The resource officer at Olympic is not allowed to leave the campus to chase truant students. Someone from the Board will be working with OHS to help with this situation.

Yard Of The Month

Yard of the Month is over for 2007. Congratulations to the September yard of the month, belonging to The Reich Family at 4529 Arabella, and to the October yard of the month, belonging to The Easter Family at 4634 Langden Gate Drive. With the lack of rain it is very difficult to keep up a green yard. Yard of the month is awarded to those of you who are maintaining a manicured yard. Yard of the month will return in the spring.


Annual Meeting

Mark your calenders. The annual meeting of The Williams Glenn Homeowners Association will take place on December 4th at 7:00pm at the Steele Creek Library. You will be pleased to know that the dues will remain the same this year at $185. A copy of the budget will be included in your invoice and available at the meeting. Payment options will be available, please contact CAM directly. If you are not able to attend the meeting please send in a proxy form to CAM or contact someone on the Board. There will be 3 Board of Directors positions available, please consider volunteering to help in your community.

Happy Holidays

Holiday decorations will be going up soon. Please don?’t forget that all holiday lights need to be taken down by January 15th.
