Major home improvements are happening literally every day within White Oak. Since our neighborhood was built, our homes have, on average, DOUBLED in value! That means the smart money in on continued improvements to a White Oak home.

Where do I begin?

For any structural or color changes to the outside of your home, you will need to seek the approval of the HOA Board. This is as simple as emailing your plans and a project description to architecture@whiteoakhoa.org. The entire Board will be copied to the email and you will soon be contacted with a reply. See the "Deed Restrictions" page on the White Oak Website for guidelines on exterior home improvement projects.

This is a perfect opportunity to talk with your neighbors. Word of mouth is a powerful tool that can bring you the best contractors and keep you away from the worst ones! Seeking personal recommendations can save you a great deal of money in the long-run.
