Hi westwind netghbors, Does anyone out there know how we can deal with the blight at 8454 W. Montecito? Just take a drive north of Glenrosa and you will see what I mean. Junk on front yard, junk in back yard and junk outside of fence. there has been several complaints submitted to the city of phoenix. how ever the problem continues. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Mrs V. Rubio.
