Westminster Village Neighbors

PLEASE LET THOSE BARKING DOGS IN THE HOUSE. THERE ARE NEIGHBORS WHO LET "FIDO" OUT AS EARLY AS SUNRISE AND GO TO WORK LEAVING "FIDO" OUT TO BARK ALL DAY. IS THIS REALLY NECESSARY?? THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHO WORK 2ND OR EVEN 3RD SHIFTS AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SLEEP. BARKING DOGS MAKE THIS IMPOSSIBLE. JUST LET THE DOG IN BEFORE YOU GO. THERE ARE ALSO LAWS AGAINST BARKING DOGS. LET'S NOT LET THIS GET OUT OF CONTROL. NEIGHBORS, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!

I wonder if these dogs are the same ones that we hear. One solution that has worked so far is to spray the dog with a garden hose. Keep spraying the dog until it goes into the house through the doggy door getting the interior of the house very wet. Gee I feel bad!! (not).

That sounds like the same dog we listen to - he starts really early and barks for hours at a time making it impossible to enjoy any time outside.
