Presidents Report

There was an article in the SJ-R on Friday January 16 regarding changes to the traffic pattern in Washington Park, including Williams Blvd east of MacArthur. I would like to go on record with the Park District with the opinion of our Association. If anyone has an opinion that they would like to share please let me know.

I also wanted to remind everyone to be on the look out for any suspicious persons or activity in the neighborhood. There have been a few recent break-ins in the area. We may want to consider some type of neighborhood watch program. We could discuss these options with our neighborhood patroll officer at a future meeting.

If anyone has any other issues or concerns please let me know. I would like to schedule a neighborhood Association meeting if there are any issues that need to be discussed as a group.
