Thank you to everyone that attended the meeting of the WPIA on Sunday March 22, 2009. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the approved changes proposed by the Park District's traffic study and develop an official opinion from our homeowners who will be directly affected by the changes on a daily basis.

We have made a request to several of the Park Board members to delay action on all of the approved traffic changes in order to allow our Association time to provide our comments and concerns regarding the traffic study.

Most of the homeowners are already aware of the steps that we have taken to have our voice heard. Be assured that we will give everyone in our Association a chance to give their opinion on the proposed changes. A ballot will be distributed in the next few days and the results will be forwarded to the Park Board as our official position on the proposed traffic changes.
