Is there a way for us to make future HOA payments online? It would be more convenient. Thanks!

The board just looked into this recently, for right now we can't.

 

Each payment has to be recorded to the rightful home/residence, which needs to go through the PO Box 12166 Wichita KS 67277 to ensure this happens correctly.

even you must realize this is a poor response to the on-line payment inquiry. There are companies in third world countries that have this process figured out.

 

The truth of the matter is the WHA BoD a) Doesn't want to do this (for whatever reason), or b) They haven't figured out yet how to get it done.

 

If the reason is a) The WHA BoD needs to give themselves a culture update and move forward with reality and technology.

 

If the reason is b) The WHA BoD should simply seek help. There are many groups out there willing to provide assistance including our government's SMB support organizations.

 

If the WHA BoD just doesn't want to take on this project right now, simply say so. Your Customers will understand.

 

And yes, WHA IS A BUSINESS - TREAT IT AS SUCH.

Yes WEHOA is a business and so we work hard at keeping our cost down so we don't have to raise dues, which is what most here want to avoid.

 

Some residents use this method and I am sure you know about this but here is a way in case you or someone else does not know.

 

Most banks have a online bill pay, you give your financial institution information about recepients you owe money and the bank sends money to that recepient.

Depending on the payee the bank will either send an electronic transfer or a check using funds from your account.  Ours will be a check.  There are no limits with most banks for this service meaning how often you choose this method.

 

One other options is using credit cards, which is a costly method we will be forced to use just for a few.
