I would be more than happy to help coordinate volunteers to bake goodies, and even bake some myself I have some very yummy recipes from my mom...keep me busy guys, I have way too much time to myself!!!

Signage

I once worked for the City and they are a world unto themselves...the Sign Department are very particular about signs in Mesa. Our best bet is to do as you are, checking into what they require and then maybe drive around and find signage in other housing areas similar to ours, that would look suitable for ours. Maybe present a drawing to the neighborhood for voting on and thoughts perhaps? It doesn't need to fancy or expensive to be effective and nice. Most signage for housing areas are actually at the entrance of the subdivision and we have two, thus perhaps the name put at each and usually they are on fencing.....actually maybe not such a hard undertaking once we know what the City wants???? Just some thoughts...
