I called Columbus Forstry Division they will be sending someone out to look at the trees within three weeks.  No money out of our pockets!

I take my kids for a walk everyday and it is getting ridicoulous with these trees. I have to duck my head almost every other house. Would it be wronmg to take a pair of shears on the walk with me and cut as i go. I know that wouldn't go over well, but it goes through my mind every time i have to duck.

I agree with Grove   11, we trim our own tree. It's really not that much work, usually around  the bottom. I wish the community would work on more serious " clean ups", such as trash between houses, trash dumpsters in front of neighbor's bedroom windows, LARGE pools, tv dishes almost in your windows. It's certainly worse place to live , then when we bought. And it's like the "trees issue", no common respect for your neighbors. A company shouldn't need to come and trim, as I said trimming isn't that big of a job.
