An email went out on Monday evening about an opportunity for everyone to recieve a discount on your trash pick up.  If everyone will switch their trash pick-up provider to Rumpke, we all will get a pretty good discount.  We need 90% of the neighborhood to participate in order for us to continue to recieve the discount.

A flyer will be going out to all of the residents in the neighborhood with a form attached.  Simply mail the form to Rumpke for your service to begin.  Please be on the look out for this flyer.  If you do not get one, let one of the board members know and we will be sure to get one to you.

We have some tips on the landscaping:

1. When replacing a tree, could you see if the landscaper would remove the stump?

2. The trees in front are spaced too close and this will give a tug of war between each tree and the strongest will win. This will leave more dead trees. They need to be spaced out.

Forgot to mention the front signs. Daniel was supposed to clearcoat the signs in case they were hit with spray paint again. If this was not done, will the board consider spending a few bucks to save alot? This will make it easier to clean.
