When heavy trash is placed out front of a home too early a VIOLATION letter is sent to the homeowner.  Also the deed restriction committee has also been turning these addresses over to the City of Houston 311 Heavy Trash Violation.  It has come to the committees attention the placement of heavy trash on West Road Esplanade. When this occurs homes adjacent to the trash are getting a violation letter also.
