I'm a residence of Tramway and I'm having a problem with my neighbor's kids dumping Automobile fluid all over the street. It looks terrible and reflects on my house because I live right next door to this mess. Since Tramway subdivision is outside of the city limits I don't see any way to get them to clean up the fluid spills in the street.

Tramway is in desperate need of an HOA to make residences maintain their property and the street and sidewalk which is directly in front of their house. I have made some improvements on my own property and feel that if others would care a little about their property then Tramway would be a nice place to live. But the neighborhood is turning into getto trash. I wish these people would just move back to were they belong...in the slums, because obviously this is where they came from.
