As I stated in my previous response, ??œThe 2024 Association master policy insurance renewal has not been finalized; we are still working with our agent to effect coverage either on a renewal or with a different insurance carrier. Information will be provided once it becomes available.??? At this point there is a reasonable chance that the 2024 master policy coverage WILL NOT be the same but our Insurance Committee is still diligently working on the renewal or replacement coverage. So we know nothing for sure. Given the climate related insurance losses throughout the country, master policy coverage for homeowner??™s associations is getting difficult to bind and is getting expensive. We will communicate when we know more so you needn??™t keep asking.
