Is there anyone else out there experiencing the awful traffic situation on Whitmore Avenue?  This does not seem to be due to the construction work on the Karsten Thot Bridge but rather the work being done on the Military installation project right on Whitmore Avenue.  It is taking 45min to 1hr just to get to Leilehua High School.
