is there anything we can do about the roaming cats in the neighborhood.my backyard is covered in cat poop and both my husband & daughter are highly allergic to cats.in my parents neighborhood cats are not allowed to roam free.

I'll check the CC&R's but I don't expect to find anything. However, I suggest that you contact the Town of Gilbert Animal Control Office. I would expect that the town has licensing and 'leash laws' that apply to both cats and dogs. Please let us know what you find. John J.
