WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS?

Some Cleanups Are Being Scheduled

Toumey Park Neighborhood Association is working with available resources such as Juvenile Probation to have people who must perform community service to clean some of the alleys and easements in our neighborhood.

Who is Really Responsible?

But who is really responsible to keep such areas clean? In truth, the cleaning of easements and alleys is the responsibility of the property owners whose property is next to the easements and alleys. If you are a renter, discuss this with your landlord. If you are a property owner, it IS your responsibility, and the City may require you to cleanup such areas.
