Open Discussion.

Reviewed City Property Management policy of sending
notification letters to residents. Residents are encouraged
to notify City Property Management immediately to clarify
and resolve concerns.
1926:
Review of January 8, 2001 Minutes.
There being no other corrections or additions, the Minutes
are approved as circulated.
1927:
January 1-30, 2001 Financial Report to be reviewed TBD
due to end of year accounting.
1929:
Review of January 2001 Management Report.

Motion made for boardmember to review warranty
policy with McGuckin Drilling. Motion carries.

Motion made for "Do Not Enter When Flooded" signs to
be posted on each sidewalk entrance to the park and
Rochester - Terrace water retention areas. Motion carries.
1955:
January 2001 Architectural/Landscape Report.

Tone Estate Survey #2 and Architectural Guidelines,
January 26, 2001 edition, will be delivered to
Homeowners for review.
2012: Unfinished Business.

Motion made to discontinue enforcement of Tone Estates
Home Association Rules and Regulations General
Guidelines, February 2000 edition, concerning the parking
of commercial vehicles on the property. Motion caries.
