Timberlake Community

I would like to keep the south west access on frontage road open to thru traffic. Some are worried what development could occur if we left it open. Well that battle will be there on all sides of us anyway. I am more concerned about easy access to towncenter and the surrounding area. We also need to consider emergency access and road closures due to flash floods and unforseen events.Thanks,and to all our volunteers! Brian and the boardmembers thanks for your time!!!

Frontage Road Access

After deliberating on this issue, I have to agree with Dan about arranging Frontage Road to have access to/under the beltway. This will benefit Timberlake in the long run since the Beltway will only exit onto the S curve and El Capitan then head over to Deer SPrings. The Board is bringing in NDOT and the Beltway staff at our next homeonwer meeting to give us an overview of what is coming. Thanks for your thoughts and concerns.
