While only actual homeowners have access to the "official" Sanctuary HOA website through our community management company, Parker Finch, all residents of the Sanctuary can access this site for updates on community events or to network with their neighbors.
The "official" website maintained by Parker Finch is the place to find the Sanctuary's governing documents (like the CC&Rs), forms (like Architectural Change applications), and HOA Board meeting minutes, etc. Homeowners can visit Parker Finch's website at www.parkerfinch.com and following the links under "Homeowner Services."
