What is your ideal neighborhood in Hillsborough County. If one exists, which one is it and why?

The Ideal Neighborhood

My neighborhood is the ideal neighborhood because every one cares about every one else, yet no one is intrusive. No one calls Code Enforcement on their neighbor for having a boat in or near their garage(most garages are detached and behind houses). If someone's yard or house begins to look neglected, someone finds a way to take care of it without involving the City (usually this means someone is ill and unable to care for their property. Through compassionate means, we usually discover the problem and assist when it is needed.) My back yard is a million miles from the troubles of the world, and all of my family and friends are welcome and safe there. This is the perfect neighborhood.
