If I'm not mistaken he lives in the cul-de-sac at the end of san joaqiun to th right of the park entrance...you'll know his house he has a video camera mounted on his fence to video tape the little kids as they enter the park, and atv's as the do the same.

I live on San Joaquin a couple houses down from a family who just LOVES their ATV's.  (Not down by the culdesac)  The parents are outside, the little ones (and the not-so-little ones!) get to feel "big" while they are driving these ATV's.  It appears the kiddos have been well-versed in how to maneuver in and around the street, other vehicles, etc. because they are always very observant while having their fun.  I grew up with mini-bikes and go-karts and cycles of all sorts...I enjoy seeing these little ones today still able to do those things, even if on a more "city-fied" level.

Heck, I'm not mad about the ATV's...I'm jealous and nostalgic!
