why is it that everytime a resident makes a posting on this website it is greeted with nothing but hostilites and negative words. my understanding was this was a communication board and posting board. a place to update others on happenings, areas that needed attention and a place to verbalize concerns. many residents can not attend the monthly HOA meetings( due to work, prior committments or family duties etc) or issues arise between meeting times.
i would urge everyone to be respectful when commenting to others on the website. not everyone has the same views however everyone does have the right to be heard.

I agree that the negativity is a HUGE problem. However, it does go both ways. If someone has concerns or issues with the neighborhood or board, why is it ok to just slam the board publicly by calling for a re-election, criticizing them basically calling the board a bunch of lazy, incompetent fools? Why is that ok but it's not ok for a satisfied resident, such as myself, and tell someone that if they have problems, they should become positively active instead of trashing people and making it sound like the board has done absolutely nothing wrong. Just remember that!
