I have volunteered my free time and my experience to create the web site free of charge to the Association.

Once complete, the only maintenance will be the updating of the meeting agenda and minutes.

I will be updating this information. In the future, a board member or City Property Management will be handling this.

Terms of use???

Why do we have to have a ''terms of use agreement''?

For the same reason this neighborhood link site and most other web sites have a terms of use agreement.

In a day and age when people tend to be very litigious, it only seems right that we attempt to prevent any unnecessary lawsuits against our HOA for any reason. We wouldn't a lawsuit to cause our HOA dues to increase, would we?
