POOL RULES/ Termination of pool privileges

The following rules are for the safety of residents and their guests. Please adhere to them at
all times.
1. All guests must be accompanied by a resident of 14 years or older.
2. NO lifeguard is on duty. All persons visit the pool at their own risk.
3. No children allowed swimming under the age of 14 years without an adult over the age of 18.
4.Swimsuits must be worn. No cut offs or street clothes.
5.No suntan oils.
6.No food in the pool area.
7. Alcohol is forbidden
8.No diving allowed.
9.No running, horseplay or rough housing in the pool area.
10.No bikes, scooters,skates,skateboards, etc. in pool area.
11.No unnecessary loud noise.
12.No urinating in the pool. (Babies must wear Little Swimmers)
13.Keep the pool gate closed.
14.No obscene language allowed.
15.Parties are not allowed without prior written permission from the Association Board of Directors. Other residents and their guests are free to use the pool at this time. Parties are limited to one a day. Six guests constitute a party.
16.Limit the floats and toys; consideration of other guests must be taken into account.
17.No pets in pool area.
18. Suntrails II H.O.A. Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse anyone use of the pool.
19.Homeowners are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
20. Smoking not permitted by order of City Code
Violation of these rules will result in the termination of pool privileges. This is a community pool, we all need to work together to make it an enjoyable place to gather. Reinstatement of privileges will be done at the monthly Board meeting upon written request from the resident. Police assistance will be used to enforce trespassing.
