Hi all. Apologies for the slow progress on gate repairs. A combination of events has slowed the bids, but we should have final quotes by 7/25, and then work will begin fast. Next key step per HOA mtg is to add security to the gate to prevent (or at least limit) future events. We will keep all informed, and will of course report at the 8/20 HOA meeting. BRGDS..../Cary

what type?
What type of security are you looking at. The previous board looked at several options, including closed circut cameras, and the cost was prohibitive. The only solution that was even considered was a fake camera at the gate. Costs were around 10K to 25K for complete camera systems. I am curious as to what you have found. By Renee |
