Russell Haigh, our property manager is doing a wonderful job here at Sunrise at College Park. We want to thank him for really looking out for our best interests.
Part of Russell?’s job is to do a weekly property inspection of the area. He does drive thru once a week, and makes note of those homes that are in violation of the CC & R?’s.
We know many of you have gotten violation letters about things such as weeds, chairs, hoses, etc and that it upsets you when you get one. However, this is part of what we pay Nobeus to do. We feel it is better to err on the side of being zealous about the job, than to not care about our property.
The policy is that violation letters are kept ?“on file?” on a 12 month rotation basis. If you get more than 3 letters in a 12 month period about the same offense, you will be fined. If you have any questions or complaints about a letter, please call Russell for an explanation, complaining to the board won?’t change your violation.
