Summit at Elkhorn Springs NA

The weeds tthat have grown between my house and the neighbors is out of control, the weeds create lots of bugs and insects especially when they are two to three feet tall.  My property lines have had all the weeds pull on my side and I do not feel I should have to do the upkeep on my neighbor's side.  Where is the camera guy when you need a picture?
