 Beautification/Grounds Maintenance Committee

At this time Summerwood has a contract with Yard One, until Oct. 2008, to provide maintenance for the Lake Commons area. The Board has agreed  to handle the front Entrance maintenance ourselfs. Nick has  done a great job setting up repairs for the lake pathway. Stage 1, the asphalt walkway, is now complete. Hope all of you like it as much as we do. Nick has plans for seeding and some landscaping in the fall.
