The issue of using white vinyl fencing was brought up for vote in 2015-16 and voted down and therefore would not be added to the ballot. The use of an alternate product that would match the existing natural wood split-rail design could be brought up at the Fall Community Meeting.

Condition 20 of the Deed Restrictions seem to provide some flexibility. However the intent is not for this to be a unilateral decision. The Board Meets once a year. I will read the ByLaws to see what is says regarding special meetings. |

This matter seems to have gone unresolved with alot of passing the buck by the Board. there is a Condition 20 in the deed restrictsions that seems to provide some latitude. I woul like to offer that if 3-5 of us want vinly maybe we convene a meeting at Safeway to discuss Deed Restrictions and a path forward. maybe divide and conquer is better option.
