9/2012:  Black Nissan Altima or Maxima with Temp Tags - no front tag.  Occupied 4 or 5 young males attempting to gain entry into vehicles possibly to steal them or property.  The males range from ages 16 - 25, African American with slender builds.  If you see this group in your neighborhood get the tag number and call 911.
