Dear Phoenix Police Department:
I am writing to report that drifters are occupying vacant units in my apartment building.
The building owner may have been informed, but has done nothing for months.
The address is 1807 E. Missouri Avenue. The vacant units are #10 and #11. The rear doors on both units are unlocked, and the windows on unit #10 has been broken. I inspected the units, and inside is trash, liquor bottles, soiled mattresses, etc.
I am concerned for my safety and property, as well as those of my neighbors. Also, there are recent reports of serial shooters and rapists at large only a mile or two from me.
